Even if it has, who knows, maybe 3rd time is a charm? Good luck!! I would suggest doing that if it hasn't been done yet. Nut sure what was going on, but reinstalling got it to work. My issue was that once running, I'd click the VIDA monitor tray icon to start VIDA, and then IE would sit at a blank white screen. I did have issues initially with the VIDA install which I finally remedied by making sure Java was up to date, and UN-installing and then re-installing VIDA. It's running just fine with IE11, and the drivers installed without issue and are under "Other Devices" as mentioned above, so not a "fake" clone unit. Anywho, I had to go through a specific sequence of various updates to get to install IE11. Since the W7Pro install on it was a fresh install from I'm guessing the original disks that were not included with it when sent to me, but using the original COA and activation key on the laptop. The processor isn't the fastest or best, but it's got 4gb RAM, W7Pro 64-bit and plenty of disk space. I'm running it currently from a Lenovo ThinkPad X120e which I get from off Ebay since it met the requirements to run VIDA. It was detected right from the start without any issues the first time I plugged it in to use it. It's a great DiCE box and works perfectly. I have a new DiCE unit that came with VIDA 2014D that I ordered recently from on Amazon.
